In fact, each customer is received personally and their product is taken in for repairs only after a thorough understanding of its technical problems.
The Service Centres operate under a centralized support office which covers all functions of administration, finance, marketing, human resources, inventory and most importantly a good customer support team and a dedicated multi-line customer service call centre.
